I am home. I got back on Saturday afternoon. Still jet lagged. Got two hours sleep last night. Usually getting three but couldn’t stop my mind last night so got up at 1:30 a.m. or so.
That was made at a bakery in the town across the backwaters from the ashram.

Yes it is. They apparently make good bakery items too but I’ve never gotten anything except for ice cream sundaes! The place is called Love Sugar.
