Picture is showing sandstone formations known as Malaspina Galleries on Galiano Island,

The next three photos were taken from the top of Mt Galiano in the Gulf Islands in Canada.

A day on Stuart Island, hiking six miles to lighthouse and back to boat. The photos below are from that day.

  1. The fourth picture that u have labeled Roche harbor Is not Roche harbor, it’s from on top of Mt. Galiano. Since there r more of these you could just delete that one if it’s easier

  2. Yes to affirmations as mantras! Some favorites of mine are “I am seen and heard with eyes and ears of love”, “ I am enough”, “I laugh, play and pray”
    These bring great results!
