Okay… what is it? Not artichoke. Prickly something? Looks like a long stem. I don’t think those are edible leaves. At least i wouldn’t want to eat one 😊 So what does this plant produce?

I don’t know that it produces anything. It was just greenery. I came across it on a walk the same time I found the beautiful white one that you may or may not remember.
