Yes it is, and the park was cleaner than it has been in the past, meaning there were fewer butts than normal.

That lot must have smelled horrendous!

Where it smells the worst is in my car on the ride home. We send them to TerraCycle, an organization that makes plastic pallets out of cigarette butts That keeps them out of the waterways, earth, landfills and stomachs of birds, fish and children.
