I saw it before we talked about it but haven’t gone back to look at the plant closer. BTW do you know that your question went up on the blog? That is fine, but want to make sure you know it. Some people don’t realize that when they comment on the email version of a post that the comment goes up online.

Halyconia . love these flowers

That’s the same name as the one I put up last Wednesday. So was last week’s a flower that hadn’t fully grown yet or is it a different variety. This one is certainly much more intricate.

Halyconia is a vast family of tropical flowers and includes the exotic Bird of Paradise.
