I don’t know how many people that pot of pasta would serve. There are about 5000 people who live at the ashram plus Amma has colleges across the backwaters. The ashram feeds those students too. I believe that that particular pot of pasta was slated for the college.

I don’t know how Sreejit deals with that heat day in and day out. India is hot enough without cooking over those big propane stoves.
