I love the camelias with their layers of petals.
It was 80° plus here today. It feels disconcerting. A lot off different birds are heard throughout the day, the hawks are back. I find the weather disconcerting, and am hoping we get more rain.

I had no idea it was that hot there. It’s a bit warmer than normal here too but not nearly as hot as last year. I remember soon after I got home from India last year it was 70°. ForJanuary in Seattle that was completely unheard of.
