I enjoy looking at this succulent in the morning and then following it throughout the day.
Morning
Midday
Late afternoon
(I think I will go pick off the dried up flowers. Nothing like a photo to make the work that needs to be done in the garden obvious.)
Saying that made me I realize I should look at these flowers even closer, so I picked one of the flowers and took some microscopic views.
Rich… succulent. I like how the flowers appear to get lighter as the day progresses and they open up. Wow to the microscope view!

I particularly like the microscopic view that has the green in it. So stunning.

Yes. Reminds me a bit of a mandala.

I’m using a different shot of it for Wordless Wednesday next week. What happened with the photo practically makes me cry it is so beautiful. I am excited for you to see that one.

It’s beautiful! Such a small flower has so many levels and units and stuff I don’t even know how to name. Nature is incredible and even the smallest pieces have a variety of layers, curves, colours.

I agree with all that you said. There is so much exquisite beauty much of which is difficult, if not impossible, to describe in words.
